Just curious about what type of games everyone plays. I enjoy RPGs, both turn based and real-time, SRPGs (such as Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem), Strategy games like The Romance of the Three Kingdoms made by KOEI, as well as the hack-and -slash games made by KOEI (Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, Warriors Orochi).
If I was ever asked to kill or let someone I care for be killed, I would kill those who asked to make the choice, even if the one I cared for death could save millions of lives.

Hmm, RPGs most definitely. Pretty much any type. From the latest hits (i.e. three year old games that don't make my computer into a dead slug) to old school classics (I still can't persuade my high school friends that FF VI was one of the best games ever created [FF VIII is better, but that's only because it's huge sentimental value]). I play strategies occasionally, but get bored with them very often - I suck at strategy, but the power to take my poor poor soldiers and send them on a heroic charge is too great to resist from time to time. Tried a few FPS, but there's only so much you can do through brute strength there.
Yum! Yum!

I don't have a PS3 yet, but I plan to get one once I am fully healed and able to work properly. That and I am waiting for that backwards compatible PS3 to come out so I can play 40 PS2 games on it.

Good luck on that - when I bought mine in November they told me that the 40GB was no longer going to be sold in the UK because there had been so many problems with it.

I heard there is a 60GB one coming out with a Metal Gear Solid game that will be backwards compatible.

Thus far in the new generation of video games and systems I must say that the most awesome games out there (that I have tried) are Assassin’s Creed, Resident Evil 5, Darksector and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. All of these games except for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare are action/adventure puzzle games that pertain to the darker side. Calls of Duty, like the previous versions, are first person shooters. And yea I will admit it is American glorified but in all honesty with such awesome graphics and intelligent AI it is worth the play. As far as RE5 goes, it seems like a short version of 4. And though the graphics are beautiful, I rather liked the Game Cube’s version of 0 and remake of 1 better.

Anyways, has anyone played Metal Gear Solid 4? How about MK vs DC? What are people's opinions?

I've played MK v DC. I think if you're a DC fan it's a good game and if you're a MK v DC fan it's a good game however if you're just a MK fan I don't think you will like it as much.

A game I'm loving that the moment is Oblivion - I can play it for hours!
